Celebrating Life

Feb 16, 2022

Is your life worth celebrating? I hope your answer is a definite ‘Yes’.

A new life is a miracle. When a baby is born, we celebrate with all the joy and excitement we can possibly feel. When does a life cease to be a miracle? Six months old? Or 5 years? The answer is ‘never’.

Every moment, trillions of cells work in concert for your body to function so you can get on with your life. They make it possible for you to eat, sleep, walk. Without them, you wouldn’t be able to see, feel, think. They have been serving you this way, non-stop, day in and day out, for all the years you have lived. What a miracle!

Working hard to support all the cells is your Qi. This invisible life force permeates every cell and every particle in your body, nourishing them, connecting them, and invigorating them. Your Qi is always working to achieve optimal balance and keep your body alive and healthy. It flows in and out of your body as you exchange your Qi with the outer world and the universe. With it being the bridge, you are not alone; you are connected with everything. Isn’t Qi a miracle!

The greatest miracle is surely your Jingshen; that is, your heart, consciousness and Shen. How so? It has infinite potential so your life can grow without limit. Your Jingshen is who you truly are. Every moment is an opportunity for you to grow.

Can you see that your life is truly a masterpiece created by the universe? You have inherited all the wisdom from the universe so you are also a creator of miracles.

Your life has been a miracle all along since the moment you were born. Can you see your life as a walking miracle? Can you also see that all the creations of the universe are miracles?

All miracles are worthy of celebration. There is no need to throw a party. We celebrate life by loving and appreciating our own lives and all the creations of the universe. We don’t do it just once a year; we do it every day, all the time. There is no need to open a bottle of champagne. True love and appreciation come from our true hearts. An even better way is to take every possible opportunity to work on ourself to grow and help others grow. That’s the best way to celebrate!

Let the celebration begin!

Polarized Thinking and Loss and Gain
