Your heart is a bridge – it connects you with your own True Self, and it connects you with everyone and everything.

Your heart is a morning breeze – Softly and gently, it touches everyone you meet.

Your heart is a lotus flower – it is pure and clean, and stunningly beautiful in full bloom.

Your heart is a baby’s smile – it brings joy and warmth to others.

Your heart is rain in spring – it brings nourishment to everything it falls on.

Your heart is an ocean – it is deep and spacious and has infinite capacity to accept and accommodate.

Your heart is the sun – it radiates wisdom and brightens up the whole world.

Your heart is a lake – it is calm and still. It is as clear as a mirror, reflecting everything as it is.

Your heart is a treasure box – all the most precious treasures in the world are inside – trust, openness, love, gratitude and Gongjing.

Your heart is your home – it will always welcome you with open arms.
