“When working on being ‘natural,’ I encourage you to be true, honest, and sincere to yourself.
Being true, or real is a very important quality of being natural. If something is not true or real, it cannot be natural. Treating yourself with sincerity and honesty is essential. Seeing yourself and facing what you see in yourself in a true way will unlock a wealth of treasures. When we are willing to see ourselves, we get to know ourselves. This approach is the only way we can relate to ourselves in a meaningful way, and that’s how changing ourselves is possible.
Genuinity, honesty and sincerity all come from your heart. When you truly want to change your life, the resolve should be genuine, honest and sincere and should come from your heart. You will want to see the true nature of your problems, the true picture. You will no longer want to avoid and hide from the problems.
The pattern of Avoiding and Hiding is often activated when we are fearful of seeing our own problems. We avoid and hide at all costs because it can be painful when we see our own weaknesses or faults. However, the magic thing is, when we’re ready and able to look at ourselves through our heart in a sincere and honest way, it will no longer be painful to see our problems and we will no longer feel fearful about them. On the contrary, we feel joy, happy and inspired. When we look at ourselves from that place, we will see the problems, weaknesses and faults in a positive light. When our heart is in such a natural place, we will not miss the positivity in everything we see.
Sometimes we can find it difficult to make real progress even though we’ve been working on ourselves for a long time. I would advise that you work on being true and honest and come from that place in your heart. When you truly, honestly, sincerely want to change, it is impossible to not.”
