Xia Yuan 8-Week Online Series with Jana

What does if feel like to be nourished? How would life be different if you felt a sense of soothing calmness every day? In this special Qigong series, you can experience the gentle nourishment of Xia Yuan, a moving meditation that uses hand postures, color visualization and sound to access a deeper part of yourself – your organs. By strengthen the organs, you can improve their functions, prevent illness and boost health. The fourth method of Yuan Qigong brings a sense of comfort and wellbeing.

This class is for all levels. Beginners welcome. Movements can be modified to meet any condition.
