Why are 5 Essential Heart Qualities important to our bodies? How do emotions effect our organs? We will have time to learn together, to reflect and to practice sending theHeart Qualities and healing information to the organs. This class is for anyone, regardless of experience. Having some prior knowledge of Qi is helpful. We will have a 15 minute break about half-way through.
