Great practice session for anyone in process of learning the first two methods of Yuan Qigong who wants to follow along … or ask questions after the practice. Also for anyone who knows the methods and would like to practice with others. We will do the 37 minute practice of Tian Yuan & Di Yuan (Gathering Qi and Nourishing Qi). There will be time for questions after the practice.
